Hotels Management - As a service to your delegates, SCITEVENTS can assist you in blocking hotel room at guaranteed rates, booking VIP rooms and managing rooming lists with regular reports (including modifications, additions, cancellations, special requests, etc). We will also, if so wished, provide you with an online hotel registration software solution, so delegates can book directly without needing to contact the hotels.
Exhibition and Sponsors Management - SCITEVENTS cal help you identify possible sponsors for your event, assist you in the communication with these organizations and promote the exhibit portion of the Conference. We will produce the exhibitor information sheet and technical manual and assist you in liaising with paying and complimentary exhibitors, including confirming space requirements, confirming logistics details, etc. Further on along the way we will help you plan all the exhibit floor plan and technical set-up in coordination with the sponsors, managing any necessary changes according to their needs
Managing and coordinating the conference program - Based on its long experience putting together events for the scientific community, SCITEVENTS can help you to create an even schedule that correctly balances plenary talks and break-out sessions with social occasions and time for net networking and interacting with other delegates, exhibitors and your representatives. Further services include organizing social events, inviting, managing and coordinating Session Chairs, confirming keynote speakers and addressing their needs, and coordinating Special Sessions information and putting together all the necessary materials for the official program, Book of Abstracts and/or Proceedings
